105:1 أَلَمْ تَرَ كَيْفَ فَعَلَ رَبُّكَ بِأَصْحَٰبِ ٱلْفِيلِ ﴿١﴾
Seest thou not how thy Lord dealt with the Companions of the Elephant?
105:2 أَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ كَيْدَهُمْ فِى تَضْلِيلٍۢ ﴿٢﴾
Did He not make their treacherous plan go astray?
105:3 وَأَرْسَلَ عَلَيْهِمْ طَيْرًا أَبَابِيلَ ﴿٣﴾
And He sent against them Flights of Birds,
105:4 تَرْمِيهِم بِحِجَارَةٍۢ مِّن سِجِّيلٍۢ ﴿٤﴾
Striking them with stones of baked clay.
105:5 فَجَعَلَهُمْ كَعَصْفٍۢ مَّأْكُولٍۭ ﴿٥﴾
Then did He make them like an empty field of stalks and straw, (of which the corn) has been eaten up.
